The two actors chose matching pastel lilac ensembles for the occasion. While Ananya wore a stylish mini dress, Aditya complemented her in a pastel lilac shirt, white pants and matching crewneck T-shirt. Reportedly, Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur did a photoshoot together. The paparazzi clicked them as they stepped out of the shoot venue. Ananya chose a pastel lilac dress for the occasion. It features a drop shoulder neckline with a broad strap and a twisted one on the other side. The gathered design, figure-hugging silhouette, and a mini hem length added a stylish touch to the outfit. Ananya wore the ensemble with minimal accessories, including tan-coloured flat sandals and a statement gemstone-adorned ring.

Meanwhile, Ananya kept the glam minimal with the mini dress. She chose subtle pink eye shadow, rouge on the cheekbones, darkened brows, mascara on the lashes, kohl-adorned waterline, beaming highlighter, and rose pink lip shade for the makeup picks. Lastly, centre-parted loose silky straight locks gave the outfit a finishing touch.

As for Aditya Roy Kapur, the actor looked dapper in a white crewneck top featuring a relaxed fitting. He wore it with white straight-leg fitted pants that come with a mid-rise waistline. Lastly, a pastel lilac shirt with a collared neckline, an open front, full-length sleeves with folded cuffs, and front pockets completed his look for the photoshoot. White sneakers, trimmed beard, and backswept hairdo rounded it all off.

She was seen hosting British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran on Wednesday as the singer is in India to perform the final leg of his +-=/x Tour (Mathematics) at Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai on March 16. Sharing some sneak peeks from his visit, Gauri shared footage of an exclusive performance the singer gave for her, Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan, and others.

In the pictures and video shared by Gauri Khan on her Instagram account, she is seen posing with Ed Sheeran in the first picture. While she looks beautiful in a blue outfit, we spot Ed wearing a jacket by Aryan Khan's label, D'Yavol X. She also shared a video of the singer performing his hit song, Thinking Out Loud. In the pictures she shared, we can also see Farah Khan and entrepreneur Tanaaz Bhatia.

Earlier, Ed Sheeran shared a video with Shah Rukh Khan where he was seen learning the superstar's iconic open-arm pose while Farah Khan directed them. In the video, we can see SRK teaching him his pose while giving him a peck on his head at the end. Sharing the video, Ed wrote: "This is the Shape of Us. Spreading love together…."

The English singer was also spotted spending time with school kids in Dharavi when he arrived in India. He shared the video on Instagram and wrote: "Visited a school in Mumbai this morning and swapped performances with the kids, so much fun. Great being back in India too !"

He is all set to perform at Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Race Course Grounds on March 16. This will be Ed Sheeran's second concert in India after 2017.

‘Shape of us’

Ed shared a video of him and Shah Rukh set to the song Deewangi Deewangi from the 2007 film Om Shanti Om. He wrote, “This is the Shape of Us. Spreading love together….” In the video, Ed and Shah Rukh can be seen recreating the latter’s signature post, all smiles, with their shenanigans ending in a hug and a kiss.

Farah Khan, who directed Om Shanti Om, was one happy woman as she commented under the video, “If this was the last thing I directed i ll die happy.” Fans were also thrilled to see Ed and Shah Rukh together with one of them writing, “Alexa, play “Perfect” real quick.” Another fan thought no one could do it better than Shah Rukh, writing, “No one can do it better than the man himself.”

Ed meets Bollywood celebs

Ed recently also attended a party where he bumped into singer Armaan Malik. Armaan shared a video on Instagram that showed him teaching Ed some dance moves. In the video, he can be seen teaching Ed the steps to Butta Bomma from the 2020 film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Pooja Hegde reacted to the video, leaving heart, heart eyes and clap emojis.

Ayushmann Khurrana met Ed on Tuesday and gifted him his mom’s homemade pinnis. Talking about meeting Ed, he said, “I have admired Ed Sheeran as an artiste for years now. As a fellow musician, I have always wanted to connect with him and discuss how his mind works. I surprised him with my mother's homemade Pinni! This is how we have always welcomed anyone at our home. Actor Alia Bhatt has been a part of numerous successful films, so it’s only natural that many are curious about how she chooses films. Talking at the Forbes 30/50 Summit with Huma Abedin, the actor got candid about what makes her tick, the advice she received from SS Rajamouli and more. 

Rajamouli’s advice

Alia debuted in Tollywood with the 2022 film RRR which saw her paired opposite Ram Charan. Talking at the summit, Alia said that she asked director Rajamouli’s advice on choosing films and here’s what he said. She said, “I asked SS Rajamouli what kind of films I should choose because I’m always torn. He said, whatever you choose, just do it with love. Because even if the film is not good, the audience will see love in your eyes for what you do and they will connect with that. Because, there is nothing greater than love in this world.”

The luck factor

Alia also got candid that if she has chosen versatile roles so far, it also has to partly do with luck, because she claims that early on in her career, she was only choosing from what came her way. She said, “I’ve also been very lucky. I’m not just blaming everything on luck, but it is a massive factor. Initially, I remember, I was choosing what was coming to me. They (the films) just happened to be different to one another. But genuinely, if I want to pinpoint it, I really believe what you give is what you get. I have short attention span and I get bored easily. I need to mix it up and keep myself entertained.”

Upcoming work

Alia debuted in Hollywood in 2023 with Heart of Stone starring Gal Gadot. She also starred in Karan Johar’s directorial, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with Ranveer Singh. She will soon be seen in Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala, produced by her, also starring Vedang Raina and Aditya Nanda. This is her second film as a producer, the first one was the 2022 Netflix film Darlings. She has also said yes to star in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa with Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif.

Just a few days ahead of the release of Murder Mubarak, the makers have dropped the new song from the film. Following the heartbreaking track Yaad Aave, the new jazz-style track, Bhola Bhala Baby, features all of the film's lead cast. Interestingly, the video gives a glimpse into the celebration before a murder takes place in that elite club.

In the song, we see a woman singing in style, and the whole cast is just fighting with each other in slow motion. During the celebration, everyone exudes a very sour attitude while dressed in their best ethnic attire. They all just want to rip each other's heads off, and the video seems to get funnier as everything is happening against the backdrop of a jazz track.

“I can assure you. I think she seems to be the brightest of us all. So, I am waiting for the time she will actually be able to vocalize her advice,” Pooja said.

Pooja wrapped up her statement about Raha by saying that ‘Just like new models of Apple phones, every new model in the family gets better’.

During a recent interview on CNBC TV 18, Alia Bhatt shared that her daughter, Raha Kapoor, has significantly changed her perspective towards life. She emphasized the importance of teamwork in parenting with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor. 

Notably, Alia declined to offer specific parenting advice despite being asked for guidance. Alia declined because she was of the firm opinion that everyone’s journey is different in parenthood and thus, drives away from such conversations. Alia also acknowledged that she has professional help (or nannies) to take care of Raha in case both Ranbir and her are busy with professional commitments.

Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra’s cousin exuded pure joy as she walked down the aisle while being showered with flower petals and exchanged garlands with her beau. Meera looked resplendent in a red lehenga designed by Sabyasachi while Rakshit looked dapper in an ivory sherwani. The actor can be seen grinning wide as they get married, happy to get hitched. Meera had kept Rakshit’s identity under wraps till she shared these pictures. A source however informed Hindustan Times that Meera and Rakshit have been dating for three years now. The couple had their mehendi, haldi and sangeet ceremonies on March 11. India Today wrote that the ceremony took place at Buena Vista Luxury Garden Spa Resort on the Jaipur-Delhi highway. The wedding was attended by several of Meera's close friends from the industry, including Sandeep Singh, Anand Pandit, Arjan Bajwa, and Gaurav Chopra.

‘It’s all about finding the right person’

Talking to Hindustan Times in January, Meera had claimed they were still scouting locations for the wedding, stating that it was all about ‘finding the right person’ for her. She said, “There was never an intention of keeping my wedding a hush hush affair. I don’t see any reason as to why I should not talk about it and why should I hide it? I am happy about it and I want to tell the whole world about it. It is about finding the right person, and right time, and that is the case for me.”
