Ranveer Singh graced the launch of solitaire giant Tiffany & Co.'s store launch in Mumbai, looking stylish as ever. He went for a white satin attire, a diamond necklace, navy blue sunglasses, and high heels – breaking gender stereotypes in the process.

On Wednesday evening, Ranveer attended the Tiffany event and posed for the paparazzi. He wore an all-white attire, including a shirt, trousers, and a satin belt. He paired the white with navy blue sunglasses, a diamond necklace, and high heels.

In an interaction with Vogue India, Ranveer revealed his favourite pieces of jewellery. “Jewellery with personal, sentimental value attached to them are my favourite, most dear pieces. One of the rings that are to me is this one (flaunts his wedding ring). It's my wedding ring presented to be by my wife (Deepika Padukone). The other one is a platinum engagement ring. And then of course, my mother's diamond earrings and my grandmother's pearls,” he said.

“Men have been adorning themselves with jewellery for time immemorial. It's something you do for yourself. Adorning yourself is a form of self love,” he said, claiming that jewellery is the “punctuation mark of a person.” “When I entered my teens, became more expressive with my style, I'd wear a lot of junk jewellery, lot of silver. My personal journey with jewellery has also evolved over time. When you wear it, it should make you feel good. And that's really the bottom line,” he added.

Ranveer Singh rocked a white suit Tiffany & Co. event in New York last year. He went for a white suit with a plunging neckline. He sported a layered neckpiece and black shades. He also adorned his white suit with precious jewels.

At the event, Ranveer was framed with actor Zahirah MacWilson, Marion Caunter, NBA champion Dwayne Wade and actor Gabrielle Union.

On the acting front, Ranveer will be next seen in Don 3, directed by Farhan Akhtar and co-starring Kiara Advani.

Bharti singh is back at work just a day after hospitalisation: ‘i will finally see my gola’

 Bharti Singh is relieved after coming back home post hospitalisation. The actor has finally been discharged by the doctors after undergoing some tests for her gallbladder pain. Bharti recently posted a vlog in which she expressed happiness over returning home and looked forward to see her son Gola. 

Bharti Singh to undergo surgery soon

While addressing the concerns of her fans and well-wishers about her health in the vlog, Bharti said, “I am very happy that I am finally going back home. I will finally see my son Gola and meet my family. However, the surgery is still left. There was an infection in the walls of the gallbladder because of the stone, it is finally better and that is how I am getting discharged.” Although the actor is back from the hospital, she must return later. She will have to undergo surgery to address the issue.

Bharti Singh's dedicates emotional vlog to her son

Bharti posted an emotional vlog a few days ago from the hospital in which she said, "No mother, who has a young child, should stay away from them or be in the hospital. Haarsh informed me that he is playing and if he asks where Mom is, they say I am off to shoot! It is just a matter of a few days."

She further added, “May you all always stay healthy, because I have a two-year-old child and I have not even stayed a single night without him and now… There are a lot of people at home, his grandmothers, and aunts, but not me. I am so sorry. Please pray for me that I recover soon and be with him.”

Kajol shares hilarious clip of her epic falls over the years on world laughter day: ‘i’m astonishingly well behaved’

 Kajol is celebrating World Laughter Day by having a laugh at her own mishaps over the course of her career. On Sunday, the actor shared a video on her X handle where she compiled the many times she fell and tripped during film shoots, and public events. 

Kajol trips multiple times

In the video, Kajol is seen tripping and falling multiple times. She included the moment when she fell at the Durga Puja Pandal last year. It happened when Kajol tripped on the staircase and almost fell as she was engrossed in her phone and did not notice the step. There was also a moment from Dilwale promotions, when she almost fell from stage, but Varun Dhawan held her quickly and saved her from the fall.

The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai memory

There was also the moment in the video clip from her 1998 film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, in which she can be seen falling down while cycling. In 2018, during an interview, Shah Rukh Khan had said that after Kajol fell on her face she had short term amnesia. "...she had short term amnesia, she had lost her memory, she truly did. First we thought it was the shock... She forgot everyone... She didn't know who she was, who she was with, what she was doing here...," he had said.

Sharing the video, Kajol wrote in the caption: “After looking through all my pictures I realised I’m astonishingly well behaved in front of the still! So let’s just take a chill pill and rewatch some videos which have made other people laugh." She also added the hashtag of World Laughter Day.

Kajol was last seen in The Trial, which released on Disney plus Hotstar. She will be next seen in Do Patti, which also stars Kriti Sanon.

Kangana and Amitabh are yet to share screen space in a film, but the two actors had received National Awards in 2016. Kangana won Best Actress for Tanu Weds Manu Returns while Amitabh won Best Actor for Piku. Amitabh had sent bouquets and a letter of appreciation for Kangana after her performances in Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

Kangana will be next seen in Emergency, where she plays Indira Gandhi. It is written by Ritesh Shah, who also penned Kangana’s film Dhaakad, which failed at the box office. Besides Kangana, actors Anupam Kher, Milind Soman, Mahima Chaudhry, Satish Kaushik and Shreyas Talpade will also be seen in key roles in the film.

That’s what has excited me to be part of it.”

While speaking about the Prabhas-Deepika Padukone star in an interview at India Today conclave, Rana said, “We celebrate each other’s cinema fully. Like there is another film called Project K, which Nag Ashwin is directing with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. That’s a film we are really looking forward to in Telugu. That film will, I think will break the boundaries that both Baahubali and RRR haven’t done. Pushing that boundary to the next edge. I am really looking forward to that film and it could really become a global film from Telugu (cinema).”

Aranmanai 4 movie review: a template sundar c horror-comedy aimed at the masses

The Aranmanai franchise has worked for director Sundar C in the past and he is back with the fourth installment. While some may have disliked his previous Aranmanai films, the audience just can’t seem to get enough of them as Aranmanai 3 released in 2021 turned out to be one of the most commercially successful ones of the year.gs in the family audience. Given that it's a summer release, the family audience may just find it that whets their appetite like Aranmanai 3.

The premise

At the heart of Aranmanai 4 is a large house in the middle of a forest, a supernatural force, a ghost, numerous comic characters, several kids, a godman, pretty women, poojas, a song in honour of the Gods and Sundar C himself who comes to save the day. The story in this film revolves around Selvi (Tamannaah Bhatia) and her husband (Santhosh Prathap) who reside in a large house in the forest with their two kids. They are living a relatively happy life when for some unknown reason her husband suddenly tries to kill her and the kids. The kids survive this horrendous attack but the couple don’t and cops intimate Selvi’s brother, lawyer Saravanan (Sundar C), about this horrible incident. Saravanan and his aunt (Kovai Sarala) rush from the city to Selvi’s place and Saravanan decides to investigate what really happened.

As Saravanan probes into the entire tragedy along with the police, numerous unexplained deaths start to take place, along with the emergence of a ghost in their house. Maestry (Yogi Babu) and Carpenter (VTV Ganesh) were helping Selvi’s husband with his work and they also begin to help Saravanan in his investigation. Now, we also have Dr Maya’s (Raashi Khanna) grandfather (Delhi Ganesh) living in the house as he has been entrusted with the house. The plan is to sell the house so Maya can build a hospital and do social service.

During Saravanan’s investigation he discovers a godman who seems to know more about this ghost and when the cops catch him, he reveals there’s another evil presence as well. Why is the ghost haunting Selvi’s house? What is this other evil presence? How can they prevent the deaths taking place and get rid of this presence? How does Saravanan manage to protect his family and does he find out what really happened to Selvi and her husband?

The performances

Director Sundar C has ensured he has added more cast members to this franchise and along with the above-mentioned cast, we also have director KS Ravikumar, Rajendran, Singampuli, Vichu Vishwanath, and V Jayaprakash. Thus, we have at least four comedians to give us some laughs while the glamour quotient is provided by Raashi Khanna. Given the large cast, many of them just come and go (as expected) and no one really stands out as we have seen them all perform similar roles in other films as well. Tamannaah Bhatia, who is central to the story, essays the role of an emotional mother quite admirably and Raashi Khanna too has delivered as Maya. But it is Khushbu (who is married to Sundar C) and Simran’s special appearance in the second half of the film which was a pleasant surprise and amped up the film.

Final thoughts

Sundar C’s Aranmanai series is meant for the masses who just want to entertained without too much of logic – they want some jump scares, some funny dialogues and comical exchanges between the cast, some fights, some element of faith, a thumping song and the climax where the evil is vanquished and everyone’s a happy family once again. With four installments now, the director seems to have aced the concept because this is exactly what Aranmanai 4 is all about as well. Aranmanai 4 is timepass and if you go in with no expectations, you will not come out raving about the film but you won’t come out bitterly disappointed either.
