Bollywood celebrities, known for their dedication to fitness, have adopted yoga as a lifestyle to achieve both professional and spiritual growth. Rakul Preet Singh, recognized for her strict fitness routine, often shares her yoga videos and photos on social media. Recently, the actor posted pictures of her doing yoga asanas on her Instagram as she was joined by Jacky Bhagnani.

In the photos, Rakul and her husband can be seen practising unique yoga postures. The actor shared a series of pictures showing her performing joint yoga asanas with Jacky. The pictures are from two different yoga sessions that the couple have trained together. The Indian 2 actor, and the Bade Miyan Chote Miyan producer are seen wearing yoga attire for their intense training. 

Rakul captioned her post as, “Together in wellness and all things beautiful (heart emoji) happy #internationaldayofyoga to all you lovely people .. #fittogetherstaytogether (heart emoji) take baby steps towards a healthier you (two Yoga emojis) @anshukayoga making us do partner stretches like never before (heart and laughing emojis). In the first slide she and her partner sit facing each other in their respective Yoga mats engaged in Navasana or Buddy Boat Pose. The duo is seen holding hands with both their legs in the upwards direction while touching the sole of the partner's feet. In the second photo, Rakul and Jacky are seen balancing an intense Double Boat Pose or Partner Navasana as they hold hands and make a V-shaped posture posture. In the third picture, the couple showcase strength and stamina while doing Seated Forward Bend or Pashchimottanasana. In the Yoga pose, Rakul performs the Seated Forward Bend, while Jacky lies back over her with a backbend. The last picture is symbolic of flexibility, trust, team-work and patience as the couple performs the toughest Bose Pose or Dhanurasana. As Jacky does the standard Bow Pose, Rakul helps him by gently pulling his arms backwards.

International Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide on June 21 every year. The United Nations adopted this day in 2014, following an initiative by India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his UN address. Actor Kajal Aggarwal had a heartwarming birthday celebration on June 19. She shared personal moments on Instagram, giving us a peek into her special day with family and friends, and expressing her gratitude for the warm wishes.

One picture shows her holding birthday balloons, while the others show her posing for clicks with her sister Nisha and some friends. One sweet picture shows her kissing Gautam before blowing out her birthday candle.

She wrote, “My dear family, friends and amazing fans (extended family!), Thank you so much for all your wishes and the overwhelming love pouring in. My heart (and belly) is so full, I can hardly call it my own.”

Kajal added that Gautam and Neil made her ‘feel like a queen’, writing, “I had a fabulous birthday! missed my dearest that were not with me and thought about all those who have touched my life in the most indelible way! @kitchlug and @neil_kitchlu made me feel like a queen (as usual) celebrating all our milestones on this trip with my thickest, is truly the best feeling!” 

Kajal married Gautam in 2020 and had their first child in 2022.

Upcoming work

The actor will soon be seen in Uma in Hindi, Kannappa in Telugu and Indian 3 in Tamil. Talking to Hindustan Times last month before the release of her Telugu film Satyabhama, she claimed that there’s a marked difference in the way she worked before and after having Neil.

She said, “That's also because of my own desire to do meatier roles in the limited amount of time that I now have. I do not want to take up eight, nine movies a year like how I used to do earlier – I’d rather focus on four good films a year. So, the priority from my end has changed. I think your vibe really attracts the kind of roles or the kind of people that you want to work with.”

Why shouldn't I and why won't I? Her happiness is my happiness and vice versa. She has every right to choose her partner and the other details of her wedding. I am extremely tied up with my political work in Delhi. The very fact that I have still been in Mumbai conveys that I am here not only as her pillar of strength but as her real kavach (armour) as well.”

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who have been dating for seven years, will marry in Mumbai on June 23. They recently confirmed their wedding date when their leaked wedding invite surfaced online. It has been designed like the cover of a magazine and featured a loved-up photo of Sonakshi and Zaheer from a vacation. Zaheer was seen kissing Sonakshi in the candid photo, while she smiled. Deepika Padukone was the centre of attention at the pre-release event for Kalki 2898 AD, as she flaunted her baby bump in a black dress. She went on stage to talk about the film and her character, where she gave a glimpse of the fun rapport she shares with her co-star Prabhas. She even jokingly said that it was Prabhas’ amazing food on set which was the reason behind her bump.
