Crew first look posters: kareena kapoor, tabu, kriti sanon are ready to steal, fake and risk it all

Kareena Kapoor, Tabu and Kriti Sanon are ready to steal, risk and fake it till they make it in the first look posters of their upcoming heist movie Crew. The stars shared the posters on social media on Friday after a brief clip from the movie was released a few weeks earlier.

Sharing the posters, Kareena wrote, “Ready for check-in? Time to fly with the Crew! Crew in cinemas on March29 @tabutiful @kritisanon @diljitdosanjh and a special appearance by @kapilsharma.” The film stars the four actors as flight crew. Their uniforms are blood red with a blue hat.

Fans of Kareena are excited for the movie after the poster release. “Can’t wait,” wrote one. “How dare you! Tumhara koi haq nahi Banta tum itni khubsurat lago *You have no right to look so good). Not fair ab hume bhi to banne do (Let us also look good now),” wrote another.

About Crew

Helmed by Rajesh Krishnan of Lootcase fame, the film is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. The film will be hitting the theatres on March 29, 2024. Earlier it was slated to release on March 22 but the makers have decided to push the film's release.

The movie marks the second collaboration between Ektaa R Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor post the 2018 female buddy comedy Veere Di Wedding.

The first teaser of the film featured Kareena, Kriti and Tabu walking with their backs to the camera. The trio is seen wearing red cabin crew uniforms.

Crew stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles. It is a story of three women and is touted as a laugh-riot, set against the backdrop of the struggling airline industry. However, their destinies lead to some unwarranted situations and they get caught in a web of lies.

Kareena was last seen in Netflix movie Jaane Jaan, Kriti in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Tabu in Khufiya.

Jackky and Rakul also spent time at the beach, splashing water on one another. Their sangeet night followed, where the two gave a breathtaking performance under beautiful décor. The similar dance was recreated at their reception.

Vidya Balan will also return to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

Earlier this month, actor Vidya Balan, who essayed the role of Manjulika in the 2007 psychological horror-comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa, returned to the franchise. Kartik, who headlined the second part and will also be seen in a lead role in the third part, welcomed Vidya on board. "And its happening. Og Manjulika is coming back to the world of BhoolBhulaiyaaSuper thrilled to welcome @balanvidya. This Diwali is going to be crackling #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 @aneesbazmee @tseries.official #BhushanKumar," he wrote on Instagram.

Kartik had also dropped an edited video showing Vidya's iconic visuals as Manjulika from the first installment combined with visuals of Kartik from the second part. Anees Bazmee, who directed the second part, will direct the third part as well. The first part was helmed by Priyadarshan and featured Akshay Kumar alongside Vidya.

In the second part, Kartik shared screen space with Tabu and Kiara Advani. On expanding the franchise, producer Bhushan Kumar had said as quoted by news agency ANI, "The Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise holds a special place in our hearts, and I'm very happy to be taking it forward with a creative mind like Anees and an incredible talent like Kartik. Together, we are set to deliver a cinematic experience that will both honor the legacy of the franchise and bring double the laughter and thrill for the audience." ‘I hope for a happy family’

I’m not surprised (by the rumours), we’re not surprised by it at all,” she said, adding, “Do we intent on having children? Of course we do, we both love kids. But do we intend to have children anytime soon? Absolutely not! We’re too selfishly focused on our careers, and I don’t think having kids at this point would be fair. We’re not even thinking about kids.”

Two years after Deepika’s statement though it looked like the couple was ready for kids because Ranveer shared his excitement in 2021 on his TV show The Big Picture. He said, “Jaisa ki aap log jante hai meri shaadi ho gai hai aur ab 2-3 saal me bacche bhi honge. Bhaisaab, aapki bhabhi itni cute baby thi na. Mai to roz uski baby photos dekhta hoon, kehta hoon ek aisi de de mujhe bus meri life set ho jae (As you guys know I am married and may have kids in next two or three years. Bro, your sister-in-law (Deepika) was such a cute baby. I see her baby photos every day and tell her, give me one baby like this one, my life will be set).”

Deepika spoke to Vogue Singapore in January this year about how it’s easy to get carried away with the fame and money in the film industry. “In this industry, it’s easy to get carried away by fame and money. But no one treats me like a celebrity at home. I am a daughter and a sister first. I don’t want that to change. My family keeps me grounded and Ranveer and I hope to inculcate the same values in our children.” When asked if this means they’ll be parents soon, she added, “Absolutely. Ranveer and I love children. We look forward to the day we will start our own family.”
