The film's pre-release event took place recently in Hyderabad, with Sandeep Reddy Vanga serving as the chief guest. He expressed high regard for both Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, although his remarks regarding Sai Pallavi caught many by surprise.

Sandeep disclosed that after viewing Premam, he was eager to cast Sai Pallavi in Arjun Reddy and even attempted to contact someone in Kerala for this purpose. "I approached an artist coordinator and inquired if he could facilitate Sai Pallavi's involvement. The coordinator asked me about the nature of Arjun Reddy, and I described it as a bold and intense love story filled with strong emotions. I distinctly recall him advising me to abandon the idea of casting Sai Pallavi, as he believed she would never agree to such a role and that I should not waste my efforts," stated Sandeep Vanga.
